Terms & Conditions

Payments

  1. All invoices for the Food Compliance Symposium 2022 will be managed by Intertek.
  2. All presented quotes are valid for 10 (ten) days only.
  3. All fees and/or costs are excluding VAT (unless otherwise specified).
  4. Invoice is presented on registration and immediately payable on Paygate with your credit card or an EFT.
  5. Payment terms of the registrations are based on full payment upfront before any content will be shared.
  6. All registration will be confirmed, and login details will only be received on proof of full payment.
  7. All registrations will close 5 September 2022. All payments must reach our account by 6 September 2022
  8. Foreign payments will include bank charges.

Communication

  1. By registering for the Food Compliance Symposium 2022 event, you agree to be contacted by Food Focus, Food & Beverage Reporter, Intertek.

Sponsors

  1. Food Compliance Symposium 2022 reserves the right to deal exclusively with all invited service providers.
  2. Invitations will be at the discretion of Food Compliance Symposium 2022.
  3. Certain categories of sponsors will be charged for their participation.

Speakers

  1. The programme will be agreed upon with the speakers.
  2. Speakers are subject to availability.
  3. The programme is subject to change.
  4. Intertek reserves the right to deal exclusively with all invited speakers.

Delegates

  1. Food Risk Forum (Pty) Ltd and Intertek reserve the right of admission.
  2. Only delegates that have provided proof of payment will be confirmed as registered.
  3. The first 100 delegates who register qualify for the surprise gift.

Cancellation

  1. Cancelations will not be refunded
  2. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
